Our Records Division is responsible for the processing of all criminal, traffic and incident reports. They provide copies of reports and records to authorized persons and agencies.

To obtain a copy of a police report please come into our lobby located at 34144 Yucaipa Boulevard anytime between Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m..  There is a $20 fee for reports for Attorney’s Offices and Insurance Companies.  The entire report is available to the victim of a crime if there is no suspect identified.  Partial reports are available if suspect information is listed.

*If you are listed as the suspect you MUST obtain a copy through your attorney.*

Reports generally take a minimum of 10 business days before they are available to the public and we encourage you to call our office at (909) 918-2305 to check on the status of a report before coming in.

Court orders are issued through San Bernardino County Superior Court and not through Yucaipa Police Station.

Live Scan Finger Printing
Live Scan finger printing services are available to Yucaipa residents Monday and Wednesday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. and Tuesdays between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. by appointment only.  Prices will vary and exact cash is needed.  Please call (909) 918-2305 to inquire about the fee prior to arrival and to make your appointment.  Exact Cash Only. Checks and credit cards are not accepted.

Criminal Registrants
Appointments are available for registrants on Tuesday and Thursday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. and Mondays between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.  Please call (909) 918-2305 to make your appointment.

Tow Hearings & Vehicle Releases
Tow Hearings and Vehicle Releases can be obtained at the Yucaipa Police Department, Monday through Friday from 8a.m.-5p.m..

The registered owner must be present at the time of the request and will need a valid driver’s license and current vehicle registration. If the vehicle is unable to be currently registered due to a smog check or for any other reason, a temporary moving vehicle permit or one day moving permit will be required.
